I need a website, where do I start ?

Answer:

You start by contacting us and letting us know what type of site you have in mind. We will then produce a “Home Page” for you to have a look at. Once you are happy, we then proceed with the rest of the site. Whether it be a simple 4 page site or a 200+ page e-commerce site, we will be happy to offer advice. No job is too big or too small.

What is hosting and do I need it ?

Answer:

Hosting is needed for every site, it is like renting a space on the internet to place your website. Our hosting servers are based in the UK and are amongst the best in the world with regards to stability and up-time.

Question:

Will I be able to see how many visitors have been to my site ?

Answer:

Yes, not only will you be able to see the number of visitors, you will also be able to see their location, how long they have spent on your site, the pages they have visited etc

Question:

Do I need my own photos for my website ?

Answer:

Yes, most photographs on the internet are copy-righted and should not be used without the owner’s consent, so you need your own photos. We do however offer a photography service in the Rotherham/Sheffield area.

Can I edit my own site ?

Answer:

Yes we can install a content management system that will allow you to do that. It is as easy to use as “Microsoft Word”
