Our terms and conditions
Order acceptance: On your instruction we will produce a sample page for consideration and approval by you, before continuing with the rest of your web site.
Delivery and payment: All charges payable by you to us for the services shall be in accordance with the relevant scale of charges and rates published by us and agreed by you. 50% of the agreed charges will be due on acceptance of our sample page and the balance to be paid at the time of hand-over. We reserve the right to remove your web page from the servers if your payment is not met.
Complaints: If you have any complaints, or have a dispute, we will act swiftly to resolve them.
Agreement: Any photos that we consider to be offensive or defamatory will NOT be used. Any materials provided by you will remain your property. Materials produced by us, including all source code/images will be the property of Virtual 123 .co.uk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the content you supply to us does not violate UK law or infringe any copyright. The provision by us of the services is contingent upon our having received payment in full from you in respect of the relevant services. If any sum payable is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right, forthwith and at our sole discretion, to suspend the provision of services to you.
We reserve the right to cancel any agreement with you at any time, and to remove your site from any servers without prior notice. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. These terms and conditions, together with our prices, delivery details and contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods/services to you by us. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by us.
Copyright: All website design, text, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software and all other materials on this site are the property of the company. All rights are reserved.
Privacy Policy: Any details that you provide to us will not be used for any other purposes and will not be passed on to third parties. All personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
